The use of any float or kite is prohibited other than a small balloon, bladder or cork, which may be attached to the line or leader for the sole purpose of regulating the depth of the bait or for drifting of the bait.
Weights of record fish caught in accordance with the Competition Rules shall be kept and separate records shall be kept in respect of fish caught on Heavy tackle, Light tackle and fish caught by Junior members. Each and every application for the catch of a record fish, must be accompanied by clear and positive evidence of its species including photographs, to enable positive identification of the fish to be made. No record certificate shall be issued in respect of any fish under 0,5 kilograms.
