There shall be elected and confirmed at each Annual General Meeting an Executive Committee consisting of:
- Confirmation of The President
- Vice-President, Immediate Past President (if in office), Honorary Secretary, Honorary Treasurer, Honorary Competition Secretary, Fish Classification and Records Officer Transformation and Development officer, Conservation Officer, athlete’s Representative and the Convenor of the Technical Committee.

Five additional members. Nominations in writing for (a) (b) and (c) hereof shall be received by the Honorary Secretary 40 days before the AGM in
each year. The Executive Committee shall hold office until its successor is elected. Member Clubs shall be entitled to nominate not more than two members to the Executive Committee of whom only one may be a member of their own Club.
